Providing access to fresh, mineral and sustainable water
In this school, the learning conditions are very difficult. Adding to this, the students travel kilometers each day to get to school, an average of 4-5 kilometers on foot. They arrive tired and dehydrated, as drinking water is not available at the school and connecting it to the state network is difficult. They have also recorded a high dropout rate, especially among girls. They had the idea of equipping the school with a solution that combines innovation, climate resilience, and education: KUMULUS Water Machines, a machine that produces water from the air.
Fresh drinking water to improve and maintain school enrollment rates in the region
The event provided students and the community with their first access to safe, sustainable drinking water. It reduced reliance on costly bottled supplies, ensuring healthier, more reliable hydration for participants. Most importantly, it created a moment of joy and hope, as smiles lit up faces with the first sip of 160 students, and a supervising staff of 7 people.
Participation of volunteer game-changers
Volunteer game‑changers played a vital role, dedicating their time and energy to support the event. Their involvement ensured smooth operations and amplified the positive impact on students and the community. By stepping up, they transformed the initiative into a collective success, embodying the spirit of change.
During this magnificent day, 25 game-changers from Concentrix Tunisia participated.
